Ghost Pilot is a Helles Exportbier with authentic German malt and Herkules, Saphir, and Saaz hops. It’s pale, crisp, and clean with soft bready malt accompanied by floral and herbal hop character, and a dry finish. It has a little more heft than some of the pale lagers we make year-round while still being firmly in the territory of beer we want to drink several of.
