Pilsner brewed with German and Domestic malt and hopped with Apollo, German Tettnang, and Simcoe.

This prosecco is brought to us by way of a project called FUSO, dreamed up by one of our favorite importers of Italian wines (Portovino) as a way to bring the everyday wines that usually don't leave the village all the way to your glass. Col di Luna is a family winery in the Treviso region, just north of Venice, specializing in local, native grapes. This 100% glera sparkling sees no dosage at bottling, making it what we call a "brut nature" or bone-dry prosecco. Alpine flowers and wild apple waft across the nose and palate, with delicate pretty little bubbles to finish.

This beer features an heirloom grain variety named Haná that was originally used to brew the world’s first Pilsner. Brought back from near extinction by British farmers, we source it from one of the only fields in the world where it can be found today, in Norfolk, England. Our Haná Pilsner is the rhythm section of our brewery and is produced year-round. It represents the core of our house approach and style. Presented as a Pilsner style lager, this heritage barley brings aromatic notes of fresh wholegrain bread, nori, and dried spearmint, along with a long, fresh finish.

This beer showcases Maris Otter, an heirloom barley bred in England in 1965, the same year The Beatles scored three #1 UK hits. Stars aligned that year, as Maris Otter became one of the most celebrated barley varieties of the past century. Today it makes up less than 0.1% of global brewing acreage however, having lost commercial favor due to smaller yields than more ‘modern’ barleys. But it’s incredibly flavorful and we love it. Brewed as a Pilsner-style lager, Maris Otter lends a rich golden color and a dense creamy foam. Aromas of spicy peppermint, lemon preserves, and sweet alfalfa are anchored by a solid mid-palate and a long flinty mineral finish.

Appearance: Clear pale pink with purple highlights. Nose: Complex aromas of peach, citrus and exotic fruit. Palate: full and delicious on entry to the palate, followed by notes of citrus, grapefruit and white-fleshed fruit, showing a subtle soft character underpinned by a fine, acidity which adds structure.
